Disciplinary Action & Expulsion Policy

Xtatic holds all participants to high behavioral standards. Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, which could include:

• Reduction or elimination of credited community service hours
• Immediate expulsion from the program

While most violations result in immediate removal, program staff may, in certain cases, issue a verbal warning or a written behavioral contract before proceeding with expulsion.

In the event of expulsion:

• The participant will be sent home on the next available flight at the expense of their parents or legal guardians—regardless of how much of the program remains.
• No refunds will be issued, even if only one day remains in the program.
