Xtatic strictly prohibits all forms of harassment and discrimination within our programs and workplace. We are fully committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone. All staff undergo rigorous background checks to ensure the highest standards of safety and integrity.
All students must sign a Code of Conduct confirming their understanding and commitment to these policies, while staff members sign a Program Staff Policies document reinforcing our organization’s stance.
Any student or staff member found engaging in harassment or discrimination will be immediately removed from the program and may face additional disciplinary measures, including potential legal actions, which could involve lawsuits initiated by Xtatic or affected individuals.
Sexual Harassment Policy
Xtatic upholds a zero-tolerance policy against sexual harassment. We are committed to fostering a culture of respect and stand unequivocally against any form of sexual harassment.
Our policy aims to educate all participants on preventative guidelines and provides a clear, actionable plan for addressing incidents. Xtatic defines sexual harassment as any repeated behavior of a sexual nature that undermines an individual’s safety, well-being, and participation in our programs.
Violations of this policy will result in immediate removal from the program and may lead to severe legal consequences, including potential lawsuits by Xtatic or impacted parties.
