 Steps to Apply for the International Medical Internship:

1. Submit Your Application:
   • Click the link to submit your application: [Xtatic VlP Program Application].
   • This allows us to review your individual circumstances and assess eligibility. Please note that spaces are limited and the program has specific requirements.
2. Receive Detailed Instructions:
   • Once we receive your application, our team will carefully review it and reach out to you regarding the next steps. This may include requesting additional information or scheduling an interview. If your application is approved, you will receive an official offer letter via email from Xtatic, along with further instructions.
   • The offer email will include:
     • Information on obtaining a visa
     • Preparation steps for your trip
     • Program registration details
3. Pay the Deposit:
   • Within 7 days of receiving the offer email, you are required to pay a deposit of $1,000 to secure your spot in the program. Once your deposit is paid, we will reserve your spot in the program. For payment instructions, please see below.

4. Pay the Final Balance:
   • To confirm your participation, please make the final payment within 30 days of receiving the offer email.

Cost:

International Healthcare Internship 

$6,999 per participant, which includes:

• • Uniform: Provided for all medical and travel-related activities
  • Travel: Airfare, ground transportation, and travel insurance
  • Meals & Housing: All meals and accommodation in dormitories or equivalent lodging

Not Included: Transportation to and from your home airport, VISA to destination country

Computer Science Bootcamp

$5,999 per participant, which includes:

• • Uniform: Provided for all medical and travel-related activities
    
  • Travel: Ground transportation (including EWR to Princeton Campus), and travel insurance
    
  • Meals & Housing: All meals and accommodation in dining halls and dormitories

Not Included: Flights to NJ, transportation to and from your home airport

Important Information:

• Payment/Deposit Timeline:

  A non-refundable $1,000 deposit is due within 7 days after receiving your offer letter. How to pay?

• Payment Plan: Available upon request. Please email payment@xtatic.online for more information.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: Please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Travel and Medical Insurance: Provided and included in the program fee. Please see Insurance Policy for more details.
• Eligibility: Open to high school students aged 15-18 with a strong interest in healthcare. Basic coursework in biology is recommended. (All applicants must follow the Code of Conduct.)
• Passport/Visa: A valid passport and visa are required. Visa fees are not included in the trip cost, and students are responsible for obtaining their own visas.
• Registration Deadline: Applications must be submitted by 01/31/2026. Participants will be notified of acceptance within two weeks of the registration deadline.
• *We encourage you to apply as early as possible as there are more slots left in earlier in the process.
• Flight Details (International programs ONLY): Xtatic will handle flight bookings for participants departing from San Francisco (SFO) or New York (NYC) to camp site. Departures from other locations may be arranged at an adjusted price.
• Housing & Meals: Students will stay in dormitories or hotel accommodations with meals provided. Meals will include both local and international cuisine options, ensuring dietary needs are met.
