Enrollment Deposit – Lock in Your Spot

Important Information

• Payment/Deposit Timeline: A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required within 7 days of receiving the offer letter. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days.

• Cancellation/Refund Policy: Please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Travel and Medical Insurance: Provided and included in the program fee. Please see Insurance Policy for more details.
• Eligibility: Open to high school students aged 15-18 with a strong interest in healthcare. Basic coursework in biology is recommended. (All applicants must follow the Code of Conduct.)
• Passport/Visa: A valid passport and a Chinese visa are required. Visa fees are not included in the trip cost, and students are responsible for obtaining their own visas.
• Registration Deadline: Applications must be submitted by 01/31/2026. Participants will be notified of acceptance within two weeks of the registration deadline.
